For many of our clients, outsourcing is seen as an intrinsic part of their process. They don't have to wonder whether their administration team is in the office today, or on holiday, how busy they are, can they handle the latest volume of cases as they've been really busy this month, and will the cases be processed in compliance timescales. Equally in lull periods, what can we do to keep them busy? We often refer to this as "fire and forget", fire it across to us via our secure portal and forget about it until you get confirmation it's been completed, or we ask for something to support the case.

Having a strategic partner who can provide a mandatory part of any sales process, allowing a firm to grow or contract without the pressures of staffing, should be considered an investment in the businesses future, not just a direct cost.

What type of services do you offer?

Provider Submission

Once you've given the advice to your client, the next stage is the application to the provider, whether it's mortgage or protection. We can take this off your hands, by applying on your behalf, most providers offer admin logins to their system which we can also help you get setup.

Once we're ready to go, it's as simple as getting across to us what we need for the application, and away we go. 

Case Processing

Time spent entering client data into a networks compliance system or your own CRM is time that could be spent with clients or generating new business. Let us take that load and administration burden for you! 

We'll take your data from you in whatever format you have it, and input onto the chosen system. Don't worry, we're been around a bit, and used most of the CRM's in the financial services marketplace, so whatever system you use or whichever network you're with, we should be able to hit the ground running with your support. 

Not only that, we can also produce your suitability letters for you, mortgage and protection, ready for your approval, freeing up your time to let you focus on what you do best.

Pipeline Progression

How quickly a business can complete on its pipeline can be make or break for your cashflow.
