What type of services do you offer?
The following services are available on a case by case basis.

Provider Submission
Once you've given the advice to your client, the next stage is the application to the provider, whether it's mortgage or protection. We can take this off your hands, by applying on your behalf, most providers offer admin logins to their system which we can also help you get setup.
Once we're ready to go, it's as simple as getting across to us what we need for the application, and away we go.

Case Processing
Time spent entering client data into a networks compliance system or your own CRM is time that could be spent with clients or generating new business. Let us take that load and administration burden for you!
We'll take your data from you in whatever format you have it, and input onto the chosen system. Don't worry, we're been around a bit, and used most CRM's in FS, so whatever system you use or whichever network you're with, we should be able to hit the ground running with your support.
Not only that, we can also produce your suitability letters for you, mortgage and protection, ready for your approval, freeing up your time to let you focus on what you do best.

Pipeline Progression
How quickly a business can complete on its pipeline can be make or break for your cashflow.

Working with us on an hourly basis gives you the ability to be able to have all the benefits of an administrator without the ongoing costs associated with employing a member of staff. This gives you more flexibility on the type of work you require us to complete, the time can be used for anything you'd like. Examples of what some of our clients have us doing;

Our support packages start from £40+VAT per hour, with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month. If you need more time, we'll gladly work with you to come up with a solution that supports your business. Where possible we'll try to spread your hours evenly throughout the month, this is to to ensure we have the right level of employed staff to support our retained commitments, we don't outsource our responsibilities and your client data! Unused hours are not carried over, and must be used in that calendar month.
